It has been 13 days since my feet landed in India. I am still having a hangover. Really missing the simple sublime elegance at Kathmandu, Pokhara and the out-of-this-world moments spent at Muktinath. Nepal is a paradise-unexplored country. Period! So, first things first. Kudos and hat's off to Golden Buddha Tours team for their professionalism, precise arrangement of this whole 6 day trip. Ms.Jyoti, Mr.Dorje and our drivers Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Suresh made the entire trip deeply memorable. Remarkably great choice of hotels, dineouts, prompt response, timely pick-up and dropoff - this list of top-grade service from Golden Buddha team is long.. Especial thanks to Sanjay ji for driving us through off-route locations from Pokhara to Kathmandu. (My Pokhara stay was only for half a day - I have to make this longer next time!) For those who see and plan your next trips - rest assured because Ms. Jyoti will keep you informed of everything before you reach Nepal, and even if you don't take any tour guide - Mr. Dorje will fill-up that role. A note to all future travelers - if you intend to go to Mustang / Muktinath, first you have to reach Jomsom from Pokhara. The road journey is time-taking, long and another option is to fly from Pokhara to Jomsom. This flight is tricky because of its journey through high altitudes and unpredictable weather. Flights are only available in the morning first half & weather may force the later flights to be cancelled as well. If you really interested to go to Jomsom, please get your trip booked from Golden Buddha as early as you can - that way they can book you a seat in the first 3 flights from Pokhara to Jomsom (these flights are less prone to be canceled), you have have sufficient time for the remainder of your trip and less worry. Really missing Nepal. I am glad I could go to this small heaven with the best service from a team like Golden Buddha.
