Our Policies

1. Advance Payment
For the booking confirmation, we require USD 100 or INR 5,000 only depending on the type of Tour in Nepal. Similarly, for the balance amount of the trip, you can pay one week before the travel date through the bank or can also settle the payment on the day of arrival in cash.

2. How to pay an advance amount
You can choose two different ways of making payment:
a. Online Payment by Card: You can make the payment by credit card or debit card through this link (link coming soon). Please note-(Our Bank or mediator bank will charge 3.5% - 4% additional on the transaction amount for online transfer service to the cardholder)
b. Bank Transfer:
Nepal SBI Bank (Transfer from State Bank of India by using Indo- Nepal Remit form) - NO GST CHARGE

Note: Please send the Payment to our official Bank address given or the online payment link provided by our team. Please immediately contact us through WhatsApp or email at nepaltour.goldenbuddha@gmail.com if you face any other troubles while transferring the amount.

c. Remittance Service:
If in case you are not able to transfer the payment through Bank transfer and Online transfer, then you can also send the payment through the popular remittance services i.e. Western Union, IME remittance, or Prabhu transfer in your city. (Note - remittance service providers do the financial transaction to the individual Name of a person or Individual Bank address only).

3. Balance amount Payment
The Rest amount can be paid one week before the travel date through Bank transfer and can also make the balance payment here in Kathmandu on the Arrival day on Cash or Card.

Please Note: Once you transfer the payment to our bank address. Please do forward us the payment slip for our reference, so that we can check the payment status with our Bank.
