•    Indians can simply travel to Nepal with their passport or other applicable documents.
•    It is vital for Indians traveling to Nepal to carry their valid passports. However, tourists who do not possess their passports for Nepal from India can easily access them with Voter ID documents.
 

•    Foreign Nationals can get the visa easily on arrival at Immigration inside the Airport You can pay the visa fee at the Airport in USD or equivalent to the current currency exchange rate. Please bring the original passport along with its hard copy and 2 passport size photograph. Please expect the waiting on queue for few minutes.

•    If you want to have a Nepal visa online in an advance for tourist & other purposes then we suggest you visit the below links or can reach the Nepal Embassy in your country.

b. Bank Transfer:

The Rest amount can be paid one week before the travel date through Bank transfer and can also make the balance payment here in Kathmandu on the Arrival day on Cash or Card.

Best Season to Visit Nepal
Spring and autumn are generally considered to be the best seasons to visit Nepal, since the weather tends to be moderate and stable, with clear skies. However, due to the complex nature of Nepal’s geography and climate, there's a lot more to this. An ever-increasing number of travelers visit Nepal in winter and summer, and for good reason.

Favorable months to visit Nepal:
Autumn Season (September- November)
September, October & November is the best time to visit Nepal as it is winter in Nepal and the temperature would be around 10-17 degrees Celsius however during the daytime it’s almost a sunny day with clear skies where you can see the spectacular view of Mountains.

Spring Season (March-May)
The Spring season in Nepal continues from March till May. It also offers the best time to visit the beautiful country of Nepal. In this particular season, the country attracts a large number of tourists. The months of March-May are considered the second-best season for trekking & tour, the best time being September-November.

Winter Season ( December- February)
Winter occurs from December to February and is typically rain-free and clear. High altitude areas above 3,000 meters will be snowy and cold indeed with nighttime temperatures  of around 2 degrees Celcius & 3 degrees Celcius to 11 degrees Celcius in the morning

Summer Season (June- August)
June, July, and August are considered the Summer season and it is also called Monsoon in Nepal, as you will get the maximum temperature of 30-35 degrees Celsius in most of the tourist cities area and low elevation areas. You will mostly feel cloudy weather, rain, and slippery & muddy roads during this time frame.

4. Last Minute Booking
We accept your last-minute booking for Nepal Tour only. As we need at least 1 month for MUKTINATH PILGRIMAGE & BHUTAN Tour.

5. Refund Terms and Conditions
We will refund the amount of INR 5,000 / USD 100 in case of cancellation of the trip for any other else reason except personal reason. However, we apply a certain cancellation charge of INR 2000/USD 35 based on the cancel request date. Also, you can postpone your trip to any later day without any extra charges.

Refund Conditions (Muktinath Tour, Adventure Tour, Tibet & Bhutan Tour):
If you have made a 30%, 50%++ payment for Muktinath Tour, Adventure tour in Nepal, Tibet & Bhutan Tour then, we would follow the below policy:
If cancellation is made before 3 months, no cancellation will apply
If Cancellation is made before 1.5 months, a 10% charge will apply
If Cancellation is made within a month, the full deposit will be forfeited

6. Supplementary Charge
A single room supplement charge will be imposed on a client who does not have another tour participant to share a room with.

7. Additional Charges
If a person/traveler needs any additional services (additional sightseeing, additional night at Hotel for accommodation) then additional charges will be applicable.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances
If Golden Buddha Nepal Tour cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, strikes, etc., we will refer you to an alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your personal interest, all money paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.

9. Traveler’s Insurance
We do not need travel insurance for City tours in Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. However, you must purchase the comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, and cancellation for Trekking in Nepal.

10. Tour Amendment
Please inform us prior you make any alterations to your tour/trek. You’re advised to stay in touch with us and you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstances for instance bad weather etc.

11. Papers & Documents
All the required documents should be presented as per the rules for example to issue visas, necessary permits, etc.

12. Flight Delay/Cancellation
There is a possibility of flight delay or postponement due to the unpleasant weather in Himalayan regions like in particular regions, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot, and Jumla region, etc. In such a case, your itinerary will be modified.
